Mindfulness or Insight is a meditative technique that emphasizes awareness of our immediate experience and the cultivation of "loving kindness." In this class, Samuel Kirschner, a mindfulness meditation teacher and counselor with over 20 years of experience, will offer us instruction in "dynamic mindfulness," a unique and highly accessible form of meditation which combines movement, silence and dialogue to help us learn to accept and trust our life experience in the moment, and experience compassion for ourselves regardless of our circumstances. It is a holistic approach that engages the mind, body, breath and heart synergistically.
