Alexander Technique PDF Print E-mail
Hope Martin

The Alexander Technique is a hands-on method of movement re-education that teaches us to recognize and change long term postural and movement patterns that may interfere with our natural ability to move with ease and fluidity.

We will learn to observe the habitual ways that we hold tension in our bodies and how to release that tension and rediscover our inner sense of grace and coordination. We will work with applying the Alexander principles to everyday activities as well as to specialized skills and explore how Alexander can be a tool for enhancing awareness in all aspects of our lives.
