A 10-month, 140-hour coaching program

This certification program will help you develop a successful coaching practice—imparting the skills and tools to create lasting, effective change in yourself and others. Utilizing a holistic approach, coaches create an awareness of body, mind and spirit that gives clients access to their inner wisdom and unleashes their creativity. While psychotherapy is primarily healing-focused, coaching is learning and action-oriented, moving clients toward fulfillment of their life purpose, visions and goals.

This program will give you the experience and skills to empower people to awaken creativity and wisdom, move towards their fullest self-expression, and tap into their spiritual core to manifest their vision and goals. If you are committed to catalyzing positive change in business, government, social responsibility and people’s individual lives, this training will deepen your effectiveness. You will discover how to leverage your strengths and develop your distinctive coaching voice. After graduating you will continue to draw from a community of coaches committed to mutual support.

The coaching skills you will learn in this program will enhance and complement your practice or business. Individual and small group practice coaching sessionswill allow you to integrate skills you can apply to your work and life from day one.

EXPERIENTIAL PROGRAM:
* 70% in-person training; 30% via tele-class phone sessions
* 7 one-day and 3 two-day classroom training sessions
* 27 tele-classes (90 minutes each)
* 16 hours peer coaching
* 6 hours of supervised coaching
* Coaching competencies demonstration and final written exam

We recommend you have your own coach, and three or more clients (not required upon entering training). Upon successful completion of this program, participants receive a certificate for 140 hours of study as a Certified Professional Coach. This exceeds the 125 hours of coaching skills training required to apply for the International Coach Federation (ICF) coaching credential.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,080 is due upon registration. Four further payments of $1,060 are due June 30, August 11, October 5 and December 8 (automatic credit 
card payments only).

The six hours of supervised mentor coaching are contracted separately with one of our faculty, and are not included in the above tuition.  An additional $800 is due to the instructors in 2 payments (August and November) 

$145 materials fee  covers the cost of the course manual and other resources (payable at the  first class).

Steven Filante, CPCC, PCC, is a Professional Certified Coach who helps clients discover the truest expression of themselves and create their leadership in the world out of that expression.
