Dzigar Kongtrül

Dzigar Kongtrül, born in India to Tibetan refugee parents, was recognized as an incarnate lama at a young age and was traditionally trained in Buddhist philosophy and meditative practice by the renowned Nyingma spiritual master, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche. He is the author of It's Up to You.
