Arzu

Arzu (Mountain Spirit) is atraditional Garifuna healer, herbalist and expert in the healing practices of indigenous people in the Americas. Descended from a lineage of matriarchal Garifuna healers, she travels the world sharing the teachings of indigenous healing. She belongs to the National Garifuna Council, the American Naturopathic Medical Association and the American Herbalist Guild.
