Tsultrim Allione

Tsultrim Allione, MA, is a former Tibetan Buddhist nun and was one of the first Americans to be ordained in the tradition. She is the founder and spiritual director of Tara Mandala (taramandala.org) a 700-acre retreat in Colorado. Tsultrim is the author of the groundbreaking "Women of Wisdom" and the new "Feeding Your Demons"
