Elizabeth Hamilton

Elizabeth Hamilton began teaching at Zen Center San Diego in 1992, when she also co-founded the West Coast Rosa Parks Institute with Mother Parks. She is the author of Untrain Your Parrot – and Other Nononsense Instruction on the Path of Zen. Elizabeth and Ezra lead retreats together in the U.S. and abroad.
