Michele Bernstein

Michele Bernstein, the Director of The Journal Center, is a NJ-based, internationally known journal consultant. An adjunct instructor at Kean College, she is currently a journal consultant to the Westfield Diet Plan, and has offered workshops for The Center for Journal Therapy, Barnes & Noble, Christ Hospital, the Resource Center for Women, Interweave and many other organizations. Michele is a cerified instructor of Journal Therapy Training.
