Carmen Robles Herrera, MS Ed, MSW, LCSW, the creator of the Dashimo Technique, is a dance teacher whose background includes training in Cuban folk dance in Havana and a certification as a Kripalu DansKinetics instructor, a technique which combines dance and yoga. Carmen is a long-time practicing psychotherapist.
