Betsy Light

Betsy Light, a NYC-based yoga, dance and meditation teacher, is a certified Kripalu Yoga and DansKinetics instructor with extensive training in jazz, ballet and modern dance. She has taught at Canyon Ranch Resort, the Kripalu Center for Health and Yoga and for many corporate clients. Her guided meditation and relaxation CD is called Being Light.
