Sue Torres, former chef of NYC's Rocking Horse Café Mexicano, opened her own highly acclaimed restaurant, Suenos, in 2003. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and former sous chef to Miles Angelo, the king of Southwestern fare. Sue also studied with Mexican cooking authority Diana Kennedy. www.suenosnyc.com
