Susan Grant has been a yoga teacher at the Dharma Yoga Center and in a wide range of other settings since 1999. Her main teacher is the renowned Dharma Mittra, with whom she has studied since 1992. She is currently completing further teacher training with Mark Whitwell and has been greatly influenced by the Dalai Lama, Gelek Rinpoche and Pema Chodron.
