Ezra Bayda has been practicing Zen meditation since 1970 and received Dharma transmission from his teacher, Charlotte Joko Beck. He currently lives and teaches at Zen Center of San Diego and is the author of Being Zen; At Home in the Muddy Waters and Saying Yes to Life and most recently Zen Heart
