Alberto Villoldo, PhD

Alberto Villoldo, PhD, is a medical anthropologist and psychologist who has studied and practiced Andean and Amazonian shamanic traditions for more than 25 years, making these ancient healing modalities rel-evant to the contemporary Western world. He is the founder of The Four Winds Society and the author of Shaman, Healer, Sage; Mending the Past and Healing the Future with Soul Retrieval; and the just-released Courageous Dreaming.
