In order to receive CEUs or a Certificate of Attendance, you must be registered and attend the workshop in its entirety, and fully and actively participate in the program. You must complete and sign a CE Request/Evaluation Form. There is a $20 fee for Continuing Education Credits and a $15 fee for Certificates of Attendance. You will receive an official letter and wall certificate approximately 3-4 weeks after your request form and fees have been received.
