This eight-week class is modeled on the renowned program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. The techniques of mindfulness meditation can be used in our everyday lives to help us achieve physical relaxation, inner peace and an enhanced ability to cope with stress. We will practice simple sitting and walking meditation, as well as breathing, “bodyscan” and stretching exercises. [More]
