According to Chinese medicine, lines on our face can reveal imbalances in our body, but in the same way that exercise strengthens sagging stomachs, it can also tone our facial muscles. True beauty, however, goes beyond health or fitness: how we view ourselves strongly influences how others see us. In this workshop, we will learn a highly effective three-pronged approach to facial radiance: first, massaging of acupressure points related to stress that, when stimulated, make us look and feel better by relaxing tension and improving circulation; second, the use of ten simple exercises that reverse the effects of gravity on our facial muscles; and finally, trading self-criticism for renewed appreciation of ourselves—thereby achieving true beauty at any age.
