Three decades ago the Tibetan lama Tarthang Tulku introduced a new vision of reality, known as “Time, Space and Knowledge” (TSK), to the West. The TSK vision is not specifically Buddhist; it does not belong to any tradition. It urges us to explore our experience before interpretation and concepts, gaining access to a deeper, primordial level where real and lasting change can happen. It invites us to rediscover space as allowing, time as dynamic, and knowledge as a fundamental facet of reality, not “owned” by the one who knows. In this workshop, we will use slow, focused movements and guided meditative practices to reprogram our senses and challenge our usual commitments to fixed positions and identities. Come discover the deeply sophisticated, powerfully transformative methods of TSK. [More] |
