Part I: Convergent Systems (6 days)
Understanding the advanced techniques comes through refining our "sensing" and "listening" skills. This is the art of Reflexology.
In this course you will:
Create session sequences that best approach the needs of each client
Discover how the body lets us know when it's out of balance and what we can do to support it
Learn about the body systems, their functions and situations that best respond to Reflexology
Use demonstrated Alexander Techniques to work with more ease and greater effectiveness
