For the past 2,500 years, Buddhist meditation has been used as a tool for character transformation and spiritual awakening--or simply to cultivate inner peace and clarity. We meditate to see the beauty of life and to find meaningful fulfillment in it through the practice of self-reflection and introspective awareness. This evening, the worldrenowned Buddhist monk and teacher, Bhante Wimala, will discuss how this ancient wisdom can help us in today's busy world and will share with us his simple, practical approach to spiritual practice, and end the evening with a guided meditation.
