Deep Listening

To deepen our listening, to listen more accurately, genuinely and fruitfully, we need to master two related abilities: listening to the other and listening in ourselves. We must be able to attend to our own inner process, and yet not get lost within ourselves and become inattentive to others. Deep listening is a process that allows us to find this balance.
