The Way of the Gong

This evening, Don Conreaux, who has been teaching how to use the ancient music of the gong as a powerful healing and spiritual development tool for nearly 40 years, will first guide us through a series of gong-based meditations and then offer us a 45-minute "Gong Bath," a deeply healing immersion in the sacred, resonant sounds of the gong.
