Most of us identify our selves as our bodies, our personalities and our social roles. Even if we intellectually believe we are more than that, we rarely manage to live as if that were so"”and are often filled with anxiety and fear. Yoga teaches that our real nature is a blissful awareness that transcends our physical form, but how do we actually experience that reality? In this class we will explore the path of self-inquiry, a method rooted in the Advaita (non-dual) tradition, to find a way back to an awareness of our true nature. [Additional Information]
