This workshop will permit us to experience a taste of powerful, ancient Central American healing practices that promote digestive and reproductive health and to begin to use a few key, highly effective self-help massage techniques. We will explore the anatomy and physiology of the abdomen as it relates to congestion and the misalignment of organs, and basic self-care abdominal massage techniques to address such pathologies as painful periods, prostate swelling, digestive problems, incontinence and other reproductive issues will be taught.
