This class for beginners as well as experienced yogis will emphasize the deeply relaxing, meditative and healing dimensions of yoga in a non-competitive, safe and supportive environment. We will discover that we can use yoga to accept and honor our unique selves without forcing our bodies into uncomfortable positions. We will practice traditional hatha yoga poses (asanas) with an inward focus to develop balance, strength and flexibility.  [More]
