In this workshop, Alan Finger, founder of the ISHTA Yoga System, will draw from his recent book, Chakra Yoga, to teach us yoga and meditation practices that will help us understand our subtle energy system and discover how to unblock and balance our chakras, crucial to assuring the vitality of our physical, emotional, mental and energetic “bodies.”
