The essential cause of all diseases, especially cardiovascular disease, is poor nutrition and the negative impact of toxic environments and emotions. Toxins from pesticides, drugs, strenuous exercise and trans-fatty acids cause an enormous drain on our body’s defenses. Age-related plaque buildup in coronary arteries, resulting from chronic inflammation, is one of the biggest challenges for physicians today.
