Meditation is a core practice, often the fundamental practice, of nearly every spiritual tradition for experiencing deeper levels of consciousness and awareness. In this class, we will draw upon yogic, Buddhist and Kabbalistic traditions to explore various meditative techniques, including breathwork, mantras (sound), yantras (sight) and movement.
