Introduction to Three Entrances of the Buddhist Path Print
Friday, March 28 2008, 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Tenzin Yignyen

Understanding the “Three Entrances” of the Buddhist path, drawing from Lama Tsongkhapa’s The Foundation of All Excellence, will help us understand the general structure of Buddhist practices and how to move forward step by step. The First Entrance, Taking Refuge in the Three Jewels, distinguishes a Buddhist from a non-Buddhist. Its main practice includes the Four Noble Truths, the Three Trainings and Non-Harming.
