“Detox” often conjures up visions of restricted diets and discomfort, but this does not have to be the case. In this workshop, we will learn a different, gentler approach using yogic practices. We will begin by looking at the areas of our bodies that hold tension and congestion, and learn yoga postures designed to open the body and flush out unwanted stagnation.
