Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a stress-relief technique based on the ancient Chinese discipline of acupuncture. EFT practitioners use a gentle tapping technique, instead of needles, to stimulate acupuncture points on the face and body, while focusing on and verbalizing the emotional problem to be resolved.
