Martha Lasley, MBA
Martha Lasley, MBA, is an executive coach who facilitates training and coaching programs to develop passionate leaders and learning organizations. She coaches leaders and social change activists to help them maximize their contribution. She is the author of Courageous Visions: How to Unleash Passionate Energy in Your Life and Your Organization. As co-founder of Coaching That Works and Leadership That Works, she facilitates human development and social change.
Richard Michaels, MCC, CPCC

Richard Michaels MCC, CPCC, is a Master Certified Coach, Gestalt Therapist and artist. He is a co-founder of Coaching For Transformation, a partner in Leadership That Works, and has been creating and leading workshops on personal, professional, and spiritual development for over 30 years. Richard was a founding member and trustee of Kripalu Center. He recently published Moments on Canvas: Paintings by Richard Michaels.
