Scientific research has established the reality of lucid dreams, and by developing new methods of induction and stabilization has made lucid dreaming into a learnable skill, a powerful tool for self exploration. In this three-part interactive webinar, you will learn how we construct our experience of reality, how to become lucid in your dreams and guide them wisely, and how to use lucid dreaming to awaken more fully to the miracle of being, bliss, and awareness.

Many cultures believe that each of us is guided by an inner spiritual Presence and that conscious communion with this “Beloved of the Soul” is the key to a fully realized life. Tonight the legendary human potential pioneer Jean Houston will offer her insights into the nature and practice of how to engage the Beloved in a partnership, one that offers us a real connection and more clarity. Through the use of meditations, and exercises to activate our imagination, we will cultivate a practice to invite the Beloved into our lives in an active and cocreative partnership, where we can express our deepest calling, live a life to its full potential, so we have resources to make a difference.

The accelerated rate of change in our society requires of us a radical shift in our creativity. Today, Jean Houston, a legendary pioneer in the human potential movement, author of 26 books, and one of the world’s greatest living teachers, will share six powerful ways of enhancing our creativity. She developed these techniques by interviewing some of the world’s greatest thinkers and by years of research into the hidden capacities of the human mind and spirit. We’ll discover how to: use the power of archetypes (universal symbols, situations or characters) to open up new perspectives on any situation; transform creative blocks that inhibit our imagination; broaden our problem-solving skills by harnessing the power of our intuition; access the intelligence available in our very cells; and dramatically enhance our capacity for personal expression in all our endeavors.

This evening, best-selling author and shamanic dream teacher Robert Moss will explain how we can become “active dreamers” who know how to read signs from the world around us, use our energy and attention with precision and power, get out of our boxes, step beyond self-limiting beliefs, test the bounds of possibility, and live from the heart.

Focusing, a practice developed by psychologist/ philosopher Eugene Gendlin, is a way to tap into and listen deeply to the inner wisdom of our bodies, to go beyond our usual ways of analyzing our situations to a deeper place where true wisdom resides. Attuning to our body’s intelligence in this way can help us make clearer decisions, feel more present to ourselves and others, be more in touch with our needs and feelings, and resolve past traumas, thereby enabling us to move forward in our lives. In this class, through experiential exercises, demonstrations, and group discussion, we will learn the six steps of Focusing, and how to apply them to our lives to help us live more fully.
