Paula Oleska, MA

Do you feel overwhelmed? Have trouble starting or finishing projects? Have problems getting organized? The Brain Gym® system of “smart” exercises will help you make dramatic improvements in these and other areas by integrating the left and right brain hemispheres and tapping into the same mechanism, namely movement, which originally helped the brain to develop. These effortless and enjoyable exercises help you use more of your abilities for learning and performance. Immediate improvements will be seen in reading speed and comprehension, writing, memory, public speaking, movement coordination, sense of direction and other skills. Created by Dr. Paul Dennison over 15 years ago, Brain Gym® is now used all over the world. It was endorsed by the National Learning Foundation in 2005.
