The feet are the platform for energy support to all our organs and their systems. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll:

  • Learn the 5 most widely used techniques
  • Explore Reflexology’s fascinating history, terms and core concepts
  • Practice techniques using the Reflex foot map
  • Learn how the foot map corresponds to the 8 organ systems of the body
  • Learn practical techniques to support our immune, digestive and nervous systems and help ease symptoms of a wide range of ailments

Wendy Coad, MFA, BEd, LMT, ARCB Certified, is a Reflexology practitioner and teacher, a former director of the American Reflexology Certification Board, and has taught Reflexology at NYU’s Graduate Program in Holistic Nursing.
